Samsung Led Wallet Cover Note 8 Not Working

I got the led wallet case for my galaxy s8 about 5 months ago and when i did a system update on my phone the led notification screen on the phone case stopped working.

Samsung led wallet cover note 8 not working. With nfc on or off in safe mode with the cover on or with the cover off but nothing helps. Guess my case may have stopped working after a drop or something. Took it to a samsung shop they place it in one of their spares and worked. Galaxy s20 ultra rear facing camera crack.

When i heard that i took out my led cover with purchase receipt whig still have 2 month warranty. Galaxy note 5 screen not responding to touch but working with pen in galaxy note phones 8 hours ago. It detects themes when i place it in the holder but no digital display on cover. Had the case for 8 months and stopped working.

Hey guys i have had my note 9 and it was bundled with the note 9 led wallet case. Tracking cycling distance in galaxy s10 yesterday. I also have the same issue with my note 8. What i suspect is that even though it is using nfc to send the data to the cover there must be a battery in the cover that is now dead.

Samsung galaxy active watch stopped working in other mobile devices yesterday. I swapped them and her cover works on my phone and my cover does not work on her phone. In my case my wife has the same cover in a differant color that does work. I have been using it for approximately 4 months now and just today suddenly today it doesn t work whatsoever.

The led is not working even i try to use it on my other friends note 8. I have just brought a new note 9 with led case same problem as the s8 note 8 s9 and now note 9 samsung will not acknowledge the problem so no fix will be fourth coming shame really. Known issue and samsung is refusing to admit it. I haver tried rebooting in many different ways.
